How am I protected when I make a purchase?

When you use Bonoppay, you are protected and can be sure that you will receive the item you have been offered, or your money will be refunded immediately. Once you receive your item, you have 48 hours to approve your purchase. If it is not as advertised, you can return it to the seller and get your money back.

I want to bid or buy something, what do I do?

First of all you need an account, this is free and you can register here. In order to buy something, you need to verify yourself once, this is how we keep our platform safe for sellers and other buyers.

How it works Buy Now 

If an item is not in an auction, you will see a Buy Now button that allows you to buy the item just like in a web shop. When you buy through Bonop, you are guaranteed to receive the item, otherwise you will get your money back. For more information, please see the Buy Now FAQ.

Auction: What is the minimum next bid?

In an auction, we apply a minimum next bid. For more information, please see the Auction FAQ.

What are Bonop's auction fees?

Bids on auctions do not include the 7.5% auction fee (with a minimum of $ 1,50). This includes the payment transaction fee (BonopPay). For more information, please see the Auction FAQ.

Are there any other costs?

Any other costs or charges such as duties, import or export taxes, customs clearance, vehicle registration and handling are not included and may be incurred while your lot is being shipped and may be charged to you at a later date.

I have a problem with the seller or the item I bought

If the item you received is not what you agreed with the seller, you can open a dispute in Chat. You can find this option in the "Received an item? Click here for more information.
